AnthemRO Punishment Guidelines

Street Chatting/Vending/NPC Blocking/Skill Spamming (includes trapping players with skills such as Ice Wall)

If a GM or a PR catches a player breaking the street chatting/vending/NPC blocking rules, he will be warned at first, and told to move his chat room/shop. In case the player is AFK, a punishment comes into effect.

1st offense = 2 hour mute.
2nd offense = 4 hour mute.
3rd offense = 8 hour mute.
4th offense = 16 hour mute.
5th offense = Offending account banned.


Killstealing/Looting/MPK/Illegal Monster Spawning/Illegal Warping

1st offense = 6 hour mute.
1st offense with 3~4 different reported incidents = 24 hour mute.
1st offense with 5~7 different reported incidents = 48 hour mute.
1st offense with more than 7 different reported incidents = 2 week temporary ban on offending account.

2nd offense = 24 hour mute.
2nd offense with 3~4 different reported incidents = 48 hour mute.
2nd offense with more than 4 different reported incidents = 2 week temporary ban on offending account.

3rd offense = 3 week temporary ban on all accounts.

4th offense = Permanent ban on all accounts belonging to the IP registered with the offender.


Harassment/False Advertisement

Under certain circumstances, major cases of harassment will be given a 1 week temporary ban, instead of a mute of 12 hours.

1st offense = 12 hour mute.
1st offense with more than 2 different reported incidents = 2 week temporary ban on offending account.

2nd offense = 3 week temporary ban on all accounts.

3rd offense = Permanent ban on all accounts belonging to the IP registered with the offender.


We reserve the right to impose a temporary ban on all accounts belonging to the offender when the "Account Banned" punishment comes into effect, or if the player tries to evade the temporary ban by deleting or selling his character.


Major Offenses

such as:
- Continued Killstealing/Looting/MPK/Illegal Monster Spawning (after 4th offense)
- Continued Harassment/False Advertisement/Illegal Warping (after 3rd offense)
- Botting
- GM Impersonation & severe GM Disrespect
- Other Server Advertisement
- Interserver Trading & RMT (Real Money Trading)
- Divulging GM Identity
- Scamming
- Ad Frauding
- Continued Forum Ban Evasion
- Exploiting Bugs

1st offense = Permanent ban on all accounts belonging to the IP registered with the offender.

If you excessively break our rules, either in game or via forums, you may be IP banned from the server completely.  We have right to refuse service to any player that should repeatedly break our rules and not have any regard for the server's policies.  Should a player be refused service, the player in question will not be allowed back on this server.  In order to prevent the offender from coming back to the server, any accounts used post IP ban, will be confiscated from the rightful owner of said account.

Note: We reserve the right to change or modify these guidelines at our discretion and without notice.  Punishment may depend on the severity of the case.
