Why don't you just paste what he said here so that people can see why he banned you? I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason as to why he did that. And, if you weren't the one that broke the rules, but someone else did on your accounts, and on your IP, they ban you too. There's no way to differentiate who is who other than IP.

So if you're at a netcafe, never broke any rules, and someone else breaks a rule they're, you're all screwed. That's just how it is on private servers.
