Weddings
To get married, go to the Wedding Staff NPC in Prontera Church.
You will need the following things to be able to get married:
- Be at least level 45
- 1,400,000 zeny per person, so 2,800,000 zeny in total.
- A tuxedo (for the groom)
- A wedding dress (for the bride)
- Two diamond rings
- Be in a party with only you and your spouse
When married, you are unable to attack for an hour. You will also
receive the ability to use wedding skills.
Same-Sex Marriage
The NPC is only capable of marrying couples of the opposite sex. If
you wish to marry someone of the same sex, you should open a support ticket stating:
- your character name
- your username
- your password
- name of the person you wish to marry
- your fiancee's username and password (may be submitted in a separate
support ticket by your fiancee)
Afterwards, 1.4 million zeny will be removed from each character and
you will be married. You can then buy a Sweet Memory of
Marriage item to summon your wedding clothes.
Also, you can use wedding skills by equipping a Diamond
Ring.
Divorce
Should you ever want to get divorced, submit a support ticket including your character's name, username and password
and we will divorce you.
Adoption
To adopt a character, right click on the intended adoptee then pick the adopt option.
You will need to fufill the following requirements before you are able to adopt:
- Both parents must be at least level 70
- Both parents must be married to each other
- Both parents and intended child must be the only members of the same party.
- Intended child must be a Novice, Super Novice, Archer, Acolyte, Swordsman, Thief, Merchant or Mage Class.(Cannot be 'High' variant)
- Intended child cannot already be married, adopted or have adopted another character.
When the adoption is successful the intended child will become the Baby/Chibi variant of their current class.
You will also receive the ability to use Family Skills. Baby classes can grow up into 2-1 and 2-2 classes but cannot Transcend, and parents will
be able to share experience with their child regardless of level difference. Also the only way to remove an adoption is by dissolving the family through un-Adoption
even if the baby character is deleted the adoption will last.
Regarding adoptions with Same-Sex Marriages, you must submit a support ticket including your character's name, partner's character name, and
child's character name in order to have the adoption completed properly.
Un-Adoption
Should you ever want to dissolve your family, submit a support ticket including your character's name, username and password
and we will un-adopt your child. Note baby classes will not become normal.
